Loaded Duck Fat Fries

Ducksmith is returning to Smorgasburg on April 18. Please note, this is two weeks after Smorgasburg officially starts. Our duck needs just a little more time to cook, but we will be back in time for the very special Caviar event on April 18th.

“Our duck is slow-cooked for four hours, then pan-seared to perfection in view of our guests. It is topped with French brie and fresh watercress, all gently melted within a warm Pain D’Avignon baguette to create a distinctive and refined sandwich experience.”
